[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#741675: Bug#741675: clamav-base: Missing quoting and bogus generated config file

There's some more to do on cleanup of the errors from the last upload.  Here's 
a diff of the config files after upgrade to git head from 0.98.1-2.  I think all 
the ones with value 10 are wrong and I need to check the trues (except the 
LogRotate on for freshclam.  That's good.  I fixed PrivateMirror for freshclam 
and that's in git.  I'll work on it more tomorrow if someone else doesn't get 
to it first.

These only appear on upgrade from -3 to git head, so you have to test it that 
way.
