[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#742034: clamav-daemon: postinst creates broken config file

My generated clamd.conf contains:

LogRotate 10 clamav-base/LogRotate doesn't exist

This looks like fallout from the lack of error handling in the
postinst.

This obviously breaks clamav-daemon on startup.
