I'm not sure which check you mean here.

It doesn't build LLVM at all anywhere now. But it also doesn't build the 
clamav JIT compiler, except on amd64, i386 and powerpc:
configure: Summary of engine performance features)
               release mode: yes
               jit         : no (auto)
               mempool     : yes
