Hi,

this was not fully fixed in 0.98.1+dfsg-4, where one still had to run 
'dpkg-reconfiugre clamav-daemon' after changing the user with 
'dpkg-reconfigure clamav-base'.

This will be fixed with the next upload, where the handling of 
clamd.conf is moved from clamav-base to clamav-daemon, so one only has 
to run 'dpkg-reconfigure clamav-daemon', which will update the logrotate 
file correctly.
