Yeah, that should be fixed.

Remaining TODO:
  * update debian/copyright
  * update debian/changelog
  * update libclamunrar
  * check if we want to build clamsubmit
  * check if reverse-build-dependencies still build

I'm currently looking at updating debian/copyright.
