Yes, I now have the following clamav packages installed on the system:

# dpkg --list | grep clam | cut -c1-60
ii  clamav                      0.98.3+dfsg-1      amd64
ii  clamav-base                 0.98.3+dfsg-1      all
ii  clamav-daemon               0.98.3+dfsg-1      amd64
ii  clamav-freshclam            0.98.3+dfsg-1      amd64
ii  libclamav6                  0.98.3+dfsg-1      amd64
ii  libclamunrar6               0.98.1-1           amd64

I'll provide an update in a few days if there have been no hangs.
Or earlier if a hang occurs.
