[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#770581: freshclam: Can't save PID to file /var/run/clamav/freshclam.pid: No such file or directory

Dear Maintainer,

after a fresh install I found the following in the clamav-freshclam log:

ERROR: Can't save PID to file /var/run/clamav/freshclam.pid: No such 
file or directory

I suggest the directory /var/run/clamav should be created by the 
preinstall procedure of clamav-freshclam. The new directory should be 
owned by user clamav.
