[Pkg-clamav-devel] Packages for qt-virustotal-uploader and c-vtapi library

Dear ClamAV maintainers,

I created packages for qt-virustotal-uploader [1-2] and its dependency
c-vtapi library [3-4]. This software submit selected files to VirusTotal
for analyzes. As you already know, VirusTotal is a free service that
analyzes suspicious files and URLs and facilitates the quick detection of
viruses, worms, trojans, and all kinds of malware [5].
qt-virustotal-uploader and c-vtapi are under Apache License 2, so they are
according to DFSG.

I am looking for a mentor to upload it into Debian repository. As you are
interested in package related to ClamAV, you may be interested in these
packages too. If you are interested I could upload them to alioth or to
mentors.debian.net, as you prefer. I just need to create ITP bugs for these
packages.
