[Pkg-clamav-devel] Prepared 0.99+dfsg-0+deb8u1

Hi,

I pushed yesterday 0.99+dfsg-0+deb8u1 into the Jessie branch. It is
mostly unstable without the -O1 duct-tape patch for tfm/armhf and with
powerpc LLVM support since we have llvm-3.5 in Jessie.

It builds and seems to work in Jessie-VM on i386. More testing is
welcome :)
Andreas, I put you as the "author" for the changes I picked from
unstable in the Debian changelog.
If nothing pops up I will fill a pu bug Sunday evening. If there should
be more testing then it can be delayed of course :)
