Your upstream tarball still contained libclamunrar. I have removed this 
manually, updating the upstream-unstable and pristine-tar branches.

Please update your orig tarball with (after pulling the pristine-tar 
branch):
pristine-tar checkout ../clamav_0.98.6+dfsg.orig.tar.xz

Otherwise it builds and works fine.
