[Pkg-clamav-devel] new clamav for wheezy

Hi,

new clamav is packaged for wheezy in the wheezy branch. I cherry-picked
the commits from the unstable branch where possible and therefore I
added the names of the original author in the changelog file.

I did not pick two changes:
- everything systemd related
  Do we want to take the PidFile removal from the initscript?

- the clamdscan package split
  Do we want this?

Any comments?
