I was about to update debian/copyright, when I noticed a major problem:
The new files from yara are licensed under the Apache-2.0 license, which
is incompatible with the GPL-2 (but not GPL-3) [1]:
"Despite our best efforts, the FSF has never considered the Apache License
to be compatible with GPL version 2, citing the patent termination and
indemnification provisions as restrictions not present in the older GPL license."

Unfortunately most of clamav is licensed under GPL-2 without "or later" clause.

Thus I think we can't enable the yara support.
