Yes, it is:
$ zgrep "^Package: libjson0$" ftp/dists/squeeze/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz
Package: libjson0
I suspect that your problem is an odd and unsupport{ed,able} mix of
distributions as shown by
[...]

and

wheezy + squeeze-lts doesn't make sense. squeeze is not oldstable (and
hasn't been for a month) - it's oldoldstable. This is one reason not to
use those labels in sources.list; if you want squeeze, use "squeeze".
