[Pkg-clamav-devel] tomfastmath is ready (take 2)

Hi,

packaged new upstream version directly from github [0] last weekend and
now I got around to write this :) All patches got merged upstream and I
ended with two new (one armhf duct tape from clamav, the other somehow
slipped).

Build tested it against clamav from unstable (after using the new build
depend) the test-suite passed.
