While running under systemd, clamd doesn't need to create a PID file, because
systemd keeps track of the running service.

A simpler fix is to remove the PidFile entry from clamd.conf/freshclam.conf.
This should have happened, when upgrading to jessie, but it probably didn't
happen for you due to using the wheezy-updates version, see bug #767353 [1].
Thus I'm merging the bugs.

This should fix itself, when you upgrade to version 0.98.7+dfsg-2 or larger.
