I added line to the CHECK_LIBS, as I had to change it anyway, because
it wasn't working properly: The correct linker flags were determined,
but still only the check_*-check_*_skip.o objects were built.
The problem was caused by a change [1] in Debian's check library and caused
the clamav's checks to be skipped, see e.g. [2].

I'm not sure what I should add to the LLVM patch.

Anyway, I've just forwarded both patches to upstream [3][4].
