[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#820241: jessie-pu: package clamav/0.99.1+dfsg-0+deb8u1

We would like to update clamav in Jessie to the current (upstream)
version which we already have in unstable and testing. There were no
complains regarding the transition, upstream has no plans for 0.99.2
soon so I think the time might be good now :)

The attached diff was created with git's -D option so instead a
pre-image of the deleted files you will only see something like:
 diff --git a/libclamav/c++/llvm/CMakeLists.txt b/libclamav/c++/llvm/CMakeLists.txt
 deleted file mode 100644
 index 1f82b5a..0000000

With this the diff is around ~900KiB instead of ~21MiB. Yes, we removed
the llvm source from the .orig. archive.
