[Pkg-clamav-devel] New clamav -2 for unstable

Hi,

the wheezy upload went FTBFS on sparc and we should upload the fix in
unstable before it gets into wheezy (which probably includes an upload
to jessie before wheezy).
I pushed my collected changes into unstable including the fix which is:
- switching to debhelper 9
  this means the libs (or the lib) moves from usr/lib into usr/lib/<os>/
  and weg get -dbgsym for debug. Therefore I removed the dbg package we
  have (and added --dbgsym-migration=clamav-dbg for a transition).
- build depend on libtfm-dev. Since we use the external lib I also dropped
  all the patches we had against that lib.
  Good news: The ARM bug we had in tfm was fixed in the meantime so the
  duct tape patch can be removed on the next upload :)

Anyone against an upload "now" or wants something to double check ? :)
