[Pkg-clamav-devel] List owndership/migration

Steve Gran (sgran) was, as far as I know, the owner of pkg-clamav-devel and is 
no longer active.  I've asked to be allowed to take over as list admin.  The 
alioth lists migration team require this be discussed transparently before 
doing so.

If anyone objects, this is your chance to speak up.  I don't have any 
objections to anyone else being co-admin, but we need to do something to keep 
the list in place until we decide the long term future of the team maintainer 
address.
