[Pkg-clamav-devel] pion now depends on libssl1.0-dev

Hi,

with the latest upload [0] you changed the BD to libssl1.0-dev and
orphaned it (#919210). This does not work for a release (it won't
migrate to testing).
The popcon is low, it has no reverse dependecies, any reason why I
should not file a RM bug?
