[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#923867: Same when running from the command line

Hi again,

I stopped the freshclam service and tried running the update from the
command line. The same story, 100% CPU usage, same info shown:

# freshclam update

Wed Mar  6 13:21:37 2019 -> main.cld is up to date (version: 58, sigs:
4566249, f-level: 60, builder: sigmgr)

Wed Mar  6 13:21:37 2019 -> Downloading daily-25379.cdiff [100%]
Wed Mar  6 13:21:40 2019 -> Downloading daily-25380.cdiff [100%]

The output stops at this point and the process eats 100% CPU.
