Are you sure? To ehich version are you referring?
The version in testing/ unstable should work. I back ported the changes and verified that scanning files is possible.
Could you please provide the version you used and the steps you performed that failed?

I can't simply upload current version due to the freeze. However, the version testing should work as I explained above.
