[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#1027010: libclamav9 0.103.7+dfsg-1+b2 leads to ERROR: Can't verify database integrity

I can confirm the same thing on my system (Debian/testing).

I see the following output via 'systemctl status clamav-daemon.service':

clamd[..]: LibClamAV Error: cli_loadinfo: Problem parsing database at line 25
clamd[..]: LibClamAV Error: Can't load daily.info: Malformed database
clamd[..]: LibClamAV Error: cli_tgzload: Can't load daily.info
clamd[..]: LibClamAV Error: Can't load /var/lib/clamav/daily.cld: Malformed database
clamd[..]: LibClamAV Error: cli_loaddbdir(): error loading database /var/lib/clamav/daily.cld
clamd[..]: Mon Dec 26 12:09:32 2022 -> !Malformed database
systemd[1]: clamav-daemon.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
systemd[1]: clamav-daemon.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

And downgrading the package to version 0.103.7+dfsg-1+b1 indeed resolves it.
