[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#1115734: fangfrisch: does not work per documentation, missing initdb

Fangfrisch documentation [1] is quite clear about the necessity for
DB initialisation:

   After completing the configuration, make sure to create the
   database structure by running the initdb command in a root
   shell as shown below. [...]
   sudo -u clamav -- fangfrisch --conf /etc/fangfrisch.conf initdb

I don't see ambiguity here. Using initdb is a must.
