Before doing this procedure, I would like to be sure that the source
file is correct. I think that it should be
clamav_0.95.3+dfsg-1~volatile1~etch1.dsc instead of
clamav_0.90.1dfsg-4etch19.dsc<br>
Could you confirm that. ?<br>

download the sources

extract 

dpkg-source -x clamav_0.90.1dfsg-4etch19.dsc
cd into source directory
vi ./debian/clamav-base/DEBIAN/control

change the dependecies by hand
from
 lsb-base (&gt;= 3.2-13)
to
 lsb-base (&gt;&gt; 3.0)


build your own .debs 
dpkg-buildpackage -b

and install them.
cd ..
dpkg -i ...
