le compartiment Offre au Publique d'Alternext et l'investisseur est
invité à tenir compte facteurs de risque décrits
dans le chapitre 4 du prospectus lié au transfert des actions
visé sous le numéro 10-143 par l'Autorité des
Marchés Financiers en date du 25 mai 2010.</p>
