Bug#927423: pomegranate-clojure: autopkgtests broken with RM of clojure1.8

Current pomegranate-clojure autopkgtests depend on clojure1.8 which is
being RM'd. This has caused an autopkgtest regression in testing where
clojure1.8 has been removed.

Tests have no particular dependency on a Clojure version and should be
updated to run against the standard clojure package (currently 1.10).
