[GSoC 2020] Improving Clojure Packaging for GSoC 2020?

Hi Leandro,

I think this is a fabulous idea. Unfortunately, I do not have the
bandwidth to take on a GSoC student this year.

I'm bringing this to the attention of the wider Clojure team list as I
think this is a great project and if someone has the time to mentor,
I'd love to assist and see this happen.
