This package isn't complete, as the cjlx parts aren't packaged, because
cjlx isn't packaged in Debian.

This makes other packages that depend on it fail. I've marked this as
important, as I don't think this package should reach testing for now.

FWIW, I've opened a bug report upstream [1], as cjlx has been deprecated
since 2016.
