Scout

Hi,

I just finished making the package for scout. You can find it at: git+ssh://
git.debian.org/git/pkg-clojure/scout.git

I git-buildpackaged locally (and installed) and it worked, after a few
modifications lintian only warned me for not closing an itp.

To be honest the copyright file was the one that gave me most trouble. I'm
still not sure about a few things but will be learning with more practice.

If you see anything wrong please let me know ASAP.
