core.cache

Hello,

I'm packaging core.cache now as it is the last dependency that's left for
stencil. It's very similar to data.xml but I have a few questions:

* I grabbed the source code from [1]. It is tagged as 0.6.2 however
project.clj indicates it's 0.6.3. As long as the tag says 0.6.2 it is
considered 0.6.2 right?

* Project.clj says the project depends on clojure1.5. I built the package
and ran the tests using clojure1.4 and it's fine. Is core.cache 0.6.2 good
to package even if clojure1.5 is still not in the archives?

* Regarding dependencies: When is it considered that a package depends on
another package? From my point of view any library written in clojure
depends on clojure, am I wrong?

* When I packaged scout, quoin, and data.xml I set the classpath of the
jars to point to clojure (/usr/share/java/clojure.jar). Is this wrong? When
should we do this?

Thank you in advance
