[Pkg-cmake-team] RFS: ycm-cmake-modules/0.12.0-1 [ITP] -- Extra CMake Modules for YARP and friends

Dear Debian CMake Team members,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "ycm-cmake-modules" (a
collection of CMake modules that is a build dependency for most packages
developed in the "robotology" GitHub organization[1], which I'm trying
to package for Debian).

I've been trying (without success) to find a sponsor for a while on
mentors, and recently I have moved the package to the debian-science
group on salsa[2], and I've been fixing all the lintian warnings, and
the other issues reported by the debian-science members.
Unfortunately I still haven't found a sponsor for the upload, but I've
been suggested to try here...

I think that the package might be ready for the upload, but any
suggestion is welcome.

the content of the RFS template for the latest upload below.
