[Pkg-crosswire-devel] bibletime and kde4.mk vs cmake.mk

I've just discovered that the BibleTime 2.0 branch can now be packaged
using the CDBS template called cmake.mk, rather than the one we have
been using which was kde4.mk.

This matters, because it means we can remove the build-dependency on
kdesdk-scripts aka pkg-kde-tools, and basically this change removes the
last vestige of KDE-ness from the Bibletime packages, as far as I know.
It also matters much more practically -- because CDBS in Debian Lenny
does not *have* a kde4.mk template file (which, in a roundabout way, is
what led me to this discovery that BT can be compiled and packages using
cmake.mk instead).

I need to test the resulting packages a little here first (!), but once
they seem to me to work OK, I'll make this change official and publish
some updated packages which include it.

This also means I can now create Debian .debs for BibleTime (they
already exist in a "quick test" form, but need mild cleanup and some
testing before publication).

P.S. I do realize that the above is probably a bit too much packaging
detail for many on this list, but I'd prefer to publically document what
I'm discovering here, rather than have this kind of info "lost" or
remain only in my head... I hope that's OK.
