Should we package 1.6 series SWORD libs as libsword8?

We already know of one (minor) backward-incompatible API change from
1.5.11, and so it is likely there are others.

Since we now have sword-1.5.11 well and truly in Debian as libsword7
(yay!)... we probably need to bump our package SONAME to 8, and so our
binary package name to libsword8, for 1.6 series libraries.
