[Pkg-crosswire-devel] Moving our packages from Debian experimental to unstable

How and when should we submit stuff that we have already got into Debian 
experimental into Debian unstable?  Are there "standard" criteria for 
this somewhere?

I think I understand how packages move from unstable into testing, but I 
have no idea how things should work for the (manual) migration from 
experimental into unstable.  Can anyone point me in the right direction, 
please?
