We don't maintain launchpad =)

Next time try without edge prefix eg:

https://launchpad.net/~pkgcrosswire/+archive/ppa

Maybe they were upgrading launchpad again (they do it daily on edge
server) and that's why it was shortly inaccessible.

It works now. If it happens again just wait a few minutes and try again ;-)
