For bug 539880 have we definitely decided on the description? I still
had questions in the bug report that weren't answered. What did you go
for?

We really don't want to upload something then change our minds again
as that messes things up for translators.

P.S. I'd like to have a go at uploading this one but it will take me a
couple of days to sort out my machine. But hopefully that is enough
time to clear up this issue.
