Apaprently, Dmitry updated (replaced) the package with a newer one, but
the links in the description text were not updated.  I just updated
them.  Please try

https://launchpad.net/~pkgcrosswire/+archive/ppa/+files/crosswire-ppa_1.7~09.04_all.deb

instead.
