Enable, update, upgrade

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/bzr/ppa/ubuntu hardy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/bzr/ppa/ubuntu hardy main

dget https://edge.launchpad.net/%7Ebzr/+archive/ppa/+files/bzr_1.11-1~bazaar1~hardy1.dsc
dpkg-source -x bzr*.dsc
cd bzr-*
dpkg-buildpackage

And install the resulting package.

To get plugins create and cd ~/.bazaar/plugins and do this

bzr branch lp:bzrtools

bzr branch lp:bzr-builddeb builddeb

(plugin folders can't have dashes in them that's why I'm naming the
plugin builddeb)
