Our repo on git.debian.org is operating. Finished writing step-by-step
guide on how to access the repo. Details are here [1]. I've tested the
instruction, they work (poluted history but I hope that's ok).

Instruction are provided on how to build from git as well. So please
take a look at it. Hope this will easy building and testing for everyone.

Jonathan could you please start commiting to it? Currently it only has
your first revision.

I've strated writting manpages. I've finished (almost) diatheke manual.
It is committed on the manpages branch. Please review it! To make sure
it builds, installs, and whether there are any mistakes. If you are ok
merged it into master along with your 3 revisions.

I'll continue writing the other manpages.

I wrote them in POD format, that's why this branch brings in perl as
build dependency, and I have added the rules to generate and install it.

IMHO POD format at least is readable in source form.
