Yes, at least via REVU they could.  I'm not sure if you can go direct
from a PPA.  But with a couple of MOTUs willing to sponsor stuff, we're
in better shape for using that route than I thought we were, so... we
can do that :)

I'm not 100% sure what the Ubuntu package version stuff would look like
in this case... I think we can do a -0ubuntu1 suffix, with the 0 meaning
that it's not in Debian yet, but we expect it will be!
