OK, done :)  There is now a
biblememorizer-0.6.4-1ubuntu1~jmarsden1~jaunty sitting in my PPA waiting
for buildd time.  It builds lintian-clean on Intrepid here, and it talks
happily to my test libsword to obtain verses.  It has had maybe 3
minutes of test use by me, which is not exactly much QA!

Team: Please try this out and report whether or not it works for you.
There is also an equivalent package
biblememorizer-0.6.4-1ubuntu1~jmarsden1 which is for Intrepid (since
most people are not running Jaunty yet!).
