As I mentioned in the other thread I don't think there is an easy
solution to where the 'locales' (in /usr/share/sword/locales.d) and
/etc/sword.conf go.

It would be nice to have when, say, some of the frontends get out of
sync with which libsword version they compile with, but I don't think
it is essential. If that happens, and especially if it happens at a
bad time, we'll need to decide what to do. But it really shouldn't
happen.
