[Pkg-crosswire-devel] Updated PPA info

I've updated crosswire-ppa package to not depend on apt-url

And I've updated the installation instructions on the ppa page

http://launchpad.net/~pkgcrosswire/+archive/ubuntu

Slightly more streamlined. And crosswire-ppa package doesn't pull in
half of GNOME anymore and Kubuntu users are more precisly asked to use
Adept / KPackageKit.
