Well, I am a Debian developer and I maintain ~40 packages, so I am good
on the packaging side of things.  I can sponsor uploads, if that is
needed.  Beyond that, I am good with C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, sh,
and a few others.  However, my time is somewhat limited these days as
may workload has been higher than I expected.
