OK, then we should merge my get-orig-source branch, right?

That leaves:

./autogen.sh: *No copyright* UNKNOWN
./bindings/autogen.sh: *No copyright* UNKNOWN
./bindings/corba/java/src/org/crosswire/util/Base64.java: *No copyright*
UNKNOWN
./bindings/swig/package/autogen.sh: *No copyright* UNKNOWN
./src/modules/common/sapphire.cpp: *No copyright* UNKNOWN
./src/utilfuns/ftplib.c: UNKNOWN
./src/utilfuns/ftpparse.c: *No copyright* UNKNOWN
./src/utilfuns/zlib/untgz.c: *No copyright* UNKNOWN

The autogen.sh scripts just need to have GPL headers added in the SWORD
sources. Base64.java is Public Domain, but not worded so licensecheck
knows that. sapphire.cpp is Public Domain. untgz.c is, as far as we
know, zlib-like. ftplib.c is GPLed but the copyright notice is a bit
mangled so licensecheck misses it.

That leaves just ftpparse.c as "insufficiently free".
