=) quilt 3.0 source format has generated the patch for me, I've
committed this fix in xiphos trunk so next release will have this.

Issues has been reported to waf upstream as well, pending reply for
them hopefully this will be promoted to wafadmin so that hppa porters
can drop this patch from every waf based project..... =)
