There is no point to cherry-pick the "jump-to-anchor" patch from 3.1.4 into 3.1.3 for Debian Squeeze, since Squeeze is shipping with xulrunner 1.9.1. That still needs to be done for lucid and maverick updates. 3.1.4 should be packaged for debian experimental directly and the ubuntu ppa.
