[Pkg-crosswire-devel] RFS: xiphos_3.1.4-1 for experimental

Please sponsor into experimental. I'm hoping that it will be build
against packages in experimental - specifically xulrunner-dev 1.9.2+
to ease with future xul1.9.2 transition in Debian.

This package will be synced into Ubuntu Natty. Alpha 1 freeze is on
Tuesday for a Thursday release. Please sponsor this package to debian
experimental before tuesday =)
