I used to do that!  I have not done so recently.  If "spare time" allows
and the new BT does not need major packaging changes, I expect to build
it
for a reasonable selection of Ubuntu releases including 13.04 and upload
to the PPA if noone else does it first.  Probably not for a few days at
least, though.
